Background

The City of Cockburn invites your submissions for a Mixed Use Development at 2, 8 and 14 Commemoration Approach, Cockburn Central.

The proposal includes the following:

  • 262 multiple dwellings (apartments);
  • 2,282m2 Commercial/Office Space;
  • A Child Care Premises;
  • A 113 room Hotel; and,
  • Total height of 60.21m (9 storeys).

The proposal varies the total number of parking bays that are required to be provided by a total of 73 (436 in lieu of 509). Additionally, a Hotel land use is one that requires referral for public comment under the provisions of the Cockburn Central West Structure Plan Land Use Table.
