Proposal

The proposal has the following characteristics:

  • Located on land zoned ‘Local Centre’;
  • A 200m2 building of which 106m2 is a convenience store;
  • 24 hours/ 7 days operation;
  • 8 car refuelling bays or 4 double-sided bowsers;
  • 7 visitor car bays & 2 staff bays;
  • A service bay;
  • Entry via Lyon Road;
  • Entry + Exit via Gaebler Road;
  • Signage; and
  • Landscaping.

The application is accompanied via a Transport Impact Assessment and an Environmental Noise [Acoustic] Assessment.
