Background

The City of Cockburn has received a development application for a Mixed Use Development (Shops, Motor Vehicle Repair and Health Studio) at 285 Beeliar Drive, Yangebup, and you are invited to make a submission.

Key components of this development application are as follows:

  • Four shop tenancies with a gross lettable area of 130m2;
  • The Shop is a ‘Permitted’ use in the Local Centre zone;
  • A Motor Vehicle Repair proposing three service bays (hoists) and a delivery bay;
    • Reception, Office, Storage and Service Area of 297m2;
    • A wall height of 6.5m is proposed;
  • A Health

    • A maximum wall height of 5m is proposed;
  • The Motor Vehicle Repair and Health Studio are ‘A’ uses within the Local Centre zone, requiring advertising.
