Background

The City of Cockburn has received a development application for a Temporary Viewing Tower at 9160L Medina Parade, North Coogee, and you are invited to make a submission. 

Key components of this development application are as follows:

• Located on residential zoned land, in which a temporary viewing tower is an ‘unlisted land use’, requiring advertising;
• Standing deck at 9.3m high, 7m wide;
• 1.8m high permitter fencing surrounding the platform; and
• To be in place for up to 12 months.
