The City of Cockburn has received a Development Application for a Child Care Premises at 803L Yangebup Road, Yangebup. Submissions on the proposal are invited.

The proposal includes the following:

• Single storey building - 695m² total internal floor area;
• Hours of operation: 6:30am to 7pm Monday to Friday;
• 100 children;
• 17 staff at any one time;
• 22 car bays on-site with 15 allocated to staff; and
• Landscaping.
