The City of Cockburn has received a proposed Structure Plan for Lot 65 (No.34 ) Ocean Road, Coogee. Submissions on the Structure Plan are open until 17 June 2021.

About this application

The Structure Plan proposes:

  • Future residential land with a density of R25 & R30 and public open space; and
  • Is supported by an indicative subdivision concept that creates 13 single residential lots ranging in size from 355m2 to 449m2.

    The Western Australian Planning Commission resolved to approve the Lot 34 Ocean Road, Coogee Structure Plan on 8 July 2022.

    Thank you for your interest on this proposal.

    This proposal was advertised for public comment period between 6 May and 17 June 2021. The City received 20 submissions on this proposal.

    Submissions were compiled, alongside relevant planning considerations, and presented in a report to Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) on 14 October 2021. At is OCM, Council resolved to recommended approval to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) subject to modifications. Minutes of this meeting can be found on the City’s website here.
