The City of Cockburn has received a proposed Structure Plan for Lot 65 (No.34 ) Ocean Road, Coogee.

Submissions on the Structure Plan are open until 17 June 2021.

The Structure Plan proposes:

Future residential land with a density of R25 & R30 and public open space; and
Is supported by an indicative subdivision concept that creates 13 single residential lots ranging in size from 355m2 to 449m2.
