Background

The City of Cockburn has received a proposed structure plan in respect to land located at Lot 22 Mayor Road, Lake Coogee.

Structure plans are a broad planning framework which guide the layout of future subdivision and development.

The proposed Structure Plan (see attached) indicates:

  • Residential zoned land; with a mix of ‘Residential R40’ and ‘Residential R60’
  • Extension of the local road network including a cul-de-sac.

Please note; the structure plan is being advertised to seek public comment on the proposal. The advertising of the structure plan does not indicate any formal support of the proposal by the City of Cockburn or the Western Australian Planning Commission.
