Consultation has concluded

We asked:

For your feedback on a structure plan amendment prepared by CLE Town Planning + Design for land located at Lot 9041 Spearwood Avenue, Beeliar (Cell 9, Yangebup and Cell 10 Beeliar Structure Plan).

The plan proposed to modify an existing road reserve, reclassify land Reserved as ‘Local Road’ to the ‘Residential Zone’ and recode ‘Residential’ R20 and R25 to ‘R40’.

Feedback was invited from owners of property/land which is located near or within the land subject of the proposal, or a government agency or interested party by 12 September 2017.

Outcome Summary

At its meeting on 12 October 2017 (OCM Minutes 12/10/17) Council resolved to recommend approval to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).

The WAPC approved the structure plan on 13 December 2017. The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage website lists the approved structure plan
