The proposal involves amending Town Planning Scheme No. 3 by recoding a portion of Lot 432 Rodd Place/25 Stanyford Place, Hamilton Hill (vacant land) from ‘Residential R30’ to ‘Residential R30/40’.

    At its meeting on 12 October 2017 (OCM Minutes 12/10/17) Council resolved to adopt the proposed Amendment.

    On 18 December 2017 the Hon. Minister for Planning approved the Amendment.
