Structure Plan: Lots 71, 72, 73 & 500 Fawcett Road, Munster

Consultation has concluded

The City of Cockburn is seeking community feedback on a proposed structure plan for Lots 71, 72, 73 & 500 Fawcett Road, Munster on a 5.48 hectare site.

The proposed Structure Plan would allow future development of the lots primarily with multiple dwellings at densities of Residential 40 (R40) to Residential 60 (R60). It also discusses management and conservation objectives for the Market Garden Swamp No.3.

STRUCTURE PLAN AMENDMENT AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION

Plans and documents explaining the Structure Plan Amendment are available to view at the right of this page or at the City of Cockburn Administration Building, 9 Coleville Crescent, Spearwood during office hours (Monday to Fridays, 8.30am – 4.30pm) up to and including 9 April 2018.

Submissions can be lodged online below, by email to stratplanning@cockburn.wa.gov.au or in writing to the CEO on or before 4pm 9 April 2018.

Submissions should include the Structure Plan name, the property affected and details of the submission. They can be addressed to:

Please note: The structure plan is being advertised to seek public comment on the proposal. The advertising of the structure plan does not indicate any formal support of the proposal by the City of Cockburn or the Western Australian Planning Commission.

Please be aware that should you make a submission, Council requires a Schedule of Submissions to be prepared which includes a submitter’s name and address. This forms part of a Council Agenda report, which is available for public viewing (published in hard copy and on the City’s website). Please clearly state in your submission if you want your details to be kept confidential.
