The City is seeking community feedback on a proposed Scheme Amendment 142 which seeks to include an ‘Additional Use (Club Premises)’ for a portion of Goodchild Park, Lot 9000 (No. 30) Plantagenet Crescent, Hamilton Hill.

    Thank you for your feedback. The public comment period was open from 7 May to 18 June 2019. At its meeting on 12 September 2019 (OCM Minutes 12/09/19) Council resolved to recommend approval to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).

    WAPC approved the Scheme Amendment on 18 September 2020 and advertised the Approval in the Government Gazette on 6 October 2020.
