At its meeting on 9 April 2020 (OCM Minutes 9/4/2020) Council resolved to recommend approval to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).
WAPC approved the structure plan on 14 September 2020. The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage website lists the approved structure plan.
