Background

The City of Cockburn is seeking community comment on a proposed amendment to the Beeliar Structure Plan (Cell 9, Yangebup and Cell 10, Beeliar).

The proposed amendment only relates to these properties: Lots 10, 11, 12, 13 and 101 (No. 34, 36, 38, 40 and 46) Tindal Avenue, Yangebup.

    At its meeting on 14 September 2017 (OCM Minutes 14/09/2017) Council resolved to recommend approval to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).

    The WAPC approved the Structure Plan amendment on 13 December 2017. The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage website lists the approved Structure Plan amendment.
