The City of Cockburn invites your submissions for a proposed change of use from Single House to Medical Centre at Lots 152 & 153 (196 & 198) Lyon Road, Aubin Grove.

The site is zoned ‘Residential R20’ and a 'Medical Centre' is an ‘A’ use (discretionary and requires advertising) under Local Planning Scheme No. 3 in the 'Residential' zone.

The proposal seeks to:

  • Change of Use of Lot 152 from Single House to Medical Centre;
  • Alterations and additions to the existing Single House building on Lot 152 to accommodate the Medical Centre;
  • Retention of the existing building to remain unchanged

  • Change of Use of Lot 152 from Single House to Medical Centre;
  • Alterations and additions to the existing Single House building on Lot 152 to accommodate the Medical Centre;
  • Retention of the existing building to remain unchanged on Lot 153 for use as a medical centre (already approved);
  • Additional parking bays proposed in front setback and around the existing dwelling of Lot 152 and 153 and a proposed shared parking arrangement between Lot 152 and 153;
  • Medical Centre with 4 consulting rooms and a treatment room; and
  • Medical Centre hours of operation of 8:00am – 8:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am – 5:00pm Saturday.

SUBMISSIONS

Plans and documents explaining the Development Application are available to view online here or at the City of Cockburn administration building, 9 Coleville Crescent, Spearwood during office hours (Monday to Fridays, 8.30am – 4.30pm) up to and including 25 August 2017.

Submissions can be lodged online below, by email to customer@cockburn.wa.gov.au or in writing to the CEO by no later than 25 August 2017.
