Scheme Amendment No. 137 - Rationalisation of Lot 24 & 27 Lyon Road Structure Plan as it relates to Lot 375 (No. 312) Lyon Road, Aubin Grove

The City seeks your feedback regarding a scheme amendment proposal to rationalise the Lot 24 & 27 Lyon Road Structure Plan as it relates to Lot 375 (No. 312) Lyon Road, Aubin Grove.

Lot 375 is currently designated as 'Residential R20' under the Structure Plan, so the rationalisation of the Structure Plan into the Scheme will result in Lot 375 being rezoned from 'Development' to 'Residential R20'. The Structure Plan will no longer apply to the land, as it has fulfilled its purpose in guiding subdivision and development of the area.

SCHEME AMENDMENT AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION

Plans and documents explaining the Scheme Amendment are available within the Document Library and at the City of Cockburn administration building, 9 Coleville Crescent, Spearwood during office hours (Monday to Fridays, 8.30am – 4.30pm) up to and including 23 October 2018.

Submissions can be lodged online below, by email to stratplanning@cockburn.wa.gov.au or in writing to the CEO on or before 4pm 23 October 2018.

Submissions should include the Scheme Amendment name, the property affected and details of the submission. They can be addressed to:

Please note: The Scheme Amendment is being advertised to seek public comment on the proposal. The advertising of the Scheme Amendment does not indicate any formal support of the proposal by the City of Cockburn or the Western Australian Planning Commission.

Please be aware that should you make a submission, Council requires a Schedule of Submissions to be prepared which includes a submitter’s name and address. This forms part of a Council Agenda report, which is available for public viewing (published in hard copy and on the City’s website). Please clearly state in your submission if you want your details to be kept confidential.
