Background

The City seeks your feedback regarding a scheme amendment proposal to rationalise the Lot 24 and 27 Lyon Road Structure Plan as it relates to Lot 375 (No. 312) Lyon Road, Aubin Grove.

Lot 375 is currently designated as 'Residential R20' under the Structure Plan, so the rationalisation of the Structure Plan into the Scheme will result in Lot 375 being rezoned from 'Development' to 'Residential R20'. The Structure Plan will no longer apply to the land, as it has fulfilled its purpose in guiding subdivision and development of the area.

You are invited to make a submission by 23 October 2018.

    At its meeting on 13 December 2018 (OCM Minutes 13/12/18) Council resolved to adopt the proposed Amendment.

    On 9 July 2019 the Hon. Minister for Planning approved the amendment.
