Background

The City received a proposed Scheme Amendment for land located at Lot 25 Acourt Road, Treeby.

The proposal sought to amend Town Planning Scheme No. 3 to include the following additional uses at the site: Service station, convenience store, veterinary centre, market and restaurant.

Submissions

You are invited to make a submission by 19 March 2018.

    At its meeting on 12 April 2018 (OCM Minutes 12/4/18) Council resolved to adopt the proposed amendment.

    In December 2018 the Hon Minister for Planning refused to approve the amendment.
