Background

The City received a proposed Scheme Amendment for land located at Lot 25 Acourt Road, Treeby.

The proposal sought to amend Town Planning Scheme No. 3 to include the following additional uses at the site: Service station, convenience store, veterinary centre, market and restaurant.
