At its meeting on 13 June 2019, Council resolved to consent to advertise modifications to Local Planning Policy 1.1 (LPP 1.1) Residential Design Codes Alternative Deemed to Comply.

The modifications are to ensure best planning outcomes and that 'routine' variations are not permitted without planning approval.
