Background
The City of Cockburn is in receipt of a proposed structure plan in respect to land located at Lot 2 (No. 7) Fawcett Road, Lake Coogee.
Structure plans are a broad planning framework which guide the layout of future subdivision and development.
The proposed Structure Plan indicates:
- Residential zoned land; with a mix of ‘Residential R30’, ‘Residential R40’ and ‘Residential R40/60’;
- A linear Public Open Space (POS) area of 1,032m2;
- Road reserves, accessed from Kirk Close with temporary cul-de-sacs proposed, until the lot to the north, Lot 1 (No.5) Fawcett Road, is developed.
