The City is considering a new footpath along Marraboor Place.

We’ve heard from some residents about safety and access in the area, and we’re now seeking feedback from nearby households before making a decision. We are proposing a footpath on the north and eastern side of Marraboor Place (shown in the map below).

What this could mean for you

• A new concrete footpath in the verge area
• Possible changes to grassed verge areas
• In some locations, adjustments around trees, driveways or services may be needed
• Construction would be short-term and managed to minimise disruption

Why a footpath is being considered

• Safer access for people walking, including children and older residents
• Better connections to nearby parks, schools and local destinations
• Improved accessibility for prams, wheelchairs and mobility aids
