Proposed Significant Tree Listings, Spearwood

Consultation has concluded

The City proposes to include 45 trees on its significant tree list.

The trees are located on the City of Cockburn Administration site at 9 Coleville Crescent, Spearwood, near the Council administration centre, bowling club and seniors centre.

The significant tree list is part of the City of Cockburn Local Government Inventory.

An arboricultural consultant has identified 45 trees that are considered to meet the City's criteria for inclusion on the list. Typically these trees are in good health, and are considered valuable in terms of their size and age; and their prominence in the precinct where they make a major contribution to the landscape character of the area.
