Project Update: July 2022

The public comment period was open from 21 April to 2 June 2022. A total of 8 submissions were received.

A report, containing the submissions, will be presented to the July Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) with a recommendation to the Western Australian Planning Commission regarding final determination.

The OCM will be on Thursday 14 July 2022 at 7pm. The public is welcome to register to attend in person or you can attend virtually, as the Meeting will be livestreamed. To register to attend, or view the OCM agenda, please visit the City’s website.
Further Update
At its meeting on 14 July 2022 (OCM Minutes 14/07/22) Council resolved to recommend approval to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).

The Western Australian Planning Commission approved Amendment No.1 to the Lots 97-102 Watson Road, Beeliar Structure Plan on 13 October 2022.
