The City of Cockburn is seeking community feedback on a proposed Structure Plan for Lot 51 Mayor Road, Munster.

The Structure Plan proposes to zone this lot for residential development (R40), with two park areas that will integrate with adjoining parks and several roads.

Submissions

You are invited to make a submission by 30 October 2018.

    At its meeting on 13 December 2018 (OCM Minutes 13/12/18) Council resolved to recommend approval to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).

    The WAPC approved the Structure Plan on 28 May 2019. The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage website lists the approved structure plan.
