Project Update - December 2023

The City invited public comments on this application between 5 October and 16 November 2023 and received two submissions.

The City reviewed both submissions and presented a report containing the submissions and recommendation for Council consideration at the Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) on 14 December 2023. At this meeting Council resolved to recommend approval to the Minister for Planning.

This application will be presented to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) for the Minister for Planning’s consideration and a final decision.
