Project Update - April 2024

Thank you for your interest in this proposal. The application was advertised for public comment between 10 January and 21 February 2024 and received three submissions.

The City reviewed the submissions and presented a report containing the submissions and a recommendation for Council consideration at the Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) on 9 April 2024. At this meeting, Council resolved to recommend approval to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).
