Background

The City of Cockburn is creating a new Public Health Plan for 2026–2031 to show how our services and programs support the health and wellbeing of our community. The actions in the Plan come from the City’s existing strategies and operations and align with the Public Health Act 2016 and the State Public Health Plan 2025-2030.

Now we want to hear from community, on what we can we do to better support you, your household, and the community to improve your healthy lifestyle goals!

Your insights help shape programs, services, and initiatives that really meet local needs.

Feedback closes 4pm, Tuesday 5 May 2026.
