In accordance with Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given of the intention of the City of Cockburn to adopt the following rates in the dollar and minimum payments for each rating category in the 2021-2022 financial year. This represents a proposed 1.50% increase for all properties.

    The City of Cockburn would like to thank everyone who made a submission on the Differential Rates: Objects and Reasons for 2021-22. Submissions have been collated and will be presented in a report to Council for their consideration.

    The proposed differential rates will be considered at a Special Council Meeting on Thursday 24 June 2021 at 7pm. The meeting will be held in Council Chambers at City of Cockburn Administration Building (9 Coleville Crescent, Spearwood). A copy of the meeting Agenda is available on the City of Cockburn website here.

    This Council meeting is open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend.
