Background

The City of Cockburn is seeking community feedback on an amendment to the Yangebup Cell 6 / Beeliar Local Structure Plan for Lot 2 Beeliar Drive, Yangebup. 

The amendment proposes:

• An additional use "Car and Dog Wash Facility" over the eastern portion of the existing Service Station.
