  • The inclusion of the western part of Lot 38 Barfield Road within the Structure Plan area (zoned Special Use 23 under the City’s Town Planning Scheme No.3), to provide a future 20 metre road reserve associated with residential subdivision on Lot 16.
  • Amending the density coding of Lot 414 (No.47) Corsia Crescent and part of Lot 9046 Frankland Avenue (where it abuts Parco Glade) from ‘Residential R60’ to ‘Residential R30’).
  • Amending the density coding of four lots on Cembra Lane from ‘Residential R25’ to ‘Residential R40’, consistent with the approved subdivision design and City approved Local Development Plan for these lots.
