The City received an application for telecommunications infrastructure at 128 Woodman Point View, Coogee. The proposal is to establish a 22.9m total height tower (18.8m to top of monopole) with lights and CCTV cameras at 10m and an equipment shelter at base level within a lease area of 22.32m2. The development is proposed within a lot that is zoned ‘Regional Reserve – Parks and Recreation’ under Local Planning Scheme No. 3.
