DA22/0695 – 3/104 Forrest Road, Hamilton Hill - Request to Remove Heritage Listed Tree

The City of Cockburn has received a planning application to remove one of four Norfolk Pine trees on private residential property at 104 Forrest Road, Hamilton Hill. The City invites submissions from the community on this application.

About this application

The Norfolk Pine tree is listed in the City of Cockburn Significant Tree List. 

The applicant requests the tree's removal because of concerns it is damaging the adjacent dwelling. To remove the tree, the applicant requires planning approval per the City's Town Planning Scheme No.3. The City must also advertise the application for public comment.
