• Acoustically treated recording studio for vocal rehearsal (no live instruments) 
• Usual operating times of 10am-10pm 
• One to two staff present on site 
• Operations carried out through bookings only
  
• Additional rooms for visual design work, photography and podcasting.
  

This application is being publicly advertised as Recording Studio is not a listed use under the City's Town Planning Scheme 3.
