    The City invited public comments on this application between 2 June and 5 July 2023 and received 12 submissions.

    After reviewing community feedback and planning guidelines, the City presented the submissions and its recommendation to Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) on 10 August 2023. Council approved the application with conditions. These conditions relate to various matters such as parking, landscaping, and lighting.
