The City will assess the application considering the submissions and planning guidelines before making a recommendation to the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP).     The City assessed the submissions alongside the relevant guidelines and regulations and prepared a report for the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) for consideration.


    JDAP approved the application at its meeting on 1 February 2023.
