The City is seeking feedback on proposed amendments to Local Planning Policy 5.18 – Subdivision & Development - Street Trees (LPP5.18).
The proposed amendments to LPP5.18 have been drafted to:
- correct inconsistencies
- provide clarity for developers and the community.
The intent and requirements of the LPP5.18 effectively remains the same:
- increase the number of street trees in the City’s road reserves in new and infill areas
- provide a framework for their installation and management.
