The City of Cockburn is seeking community comment on a proposed Structure Plan to zone Lots 97-102 Watson Road for residential development and public open space.

It is anticipated this will result in the creation of about 38 lots.

    At its meeting on 14 December 2017 (OCM Minutes 17/12/17) Council resolved to recommend approval to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).

    The WAPC approved the Structure Plan on 20 February 2018. The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage website lists the approved Structure Plan.
