The proposed amendment to the Lots 97-102 Watson Road Structure Plan relates to land located at Lot 97 Watson Road, Beeliar

The amendment seeks to remove a proposed road reserve on the northern part of Lot 97, located between the proposed open space and Lot 96 Watson Road, Beeliar, to be replaced with an area coded ‘R40’ capable of accommodating two 12.5m wide residential lots.

What will happen next?

After the comment period, the City's Technical Officers will make a recommendation for Council to consider. This recommendation takes into account a range of considerations, including planning guidelines and community feedback. Following a Council decision, the application will proceed to the State Government (Western Australian Planning Commission) for final determination on whether it should or should not proceed.
