Structure Plan Amendment - Barfield Road, Hammond Park

Background

The City of Cockburn is seeking community feedback on an amendment to the Barfield Road structure plan. The amendment proposes:

A slight increase in the density code of a portion of a residential cell fronting Parco Glade, Irvine Parade and Campana Rise from R30 to R60;
To introduce new landholdings into the structure plan at Lots 15, 37, and portion Lot 40;
To modify the internal road layout at Lot 18; and
To remove the Flame Zone classification from cleared land abutting Public Purpose (High School) reserved land to the north of the structure plan.

You are invited to make a submission by 20 September 2019.
