Background
In accordance with Section 3.12(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City resolved to make the City of Cockburn Waste Local Law 2020. As a consequence relevant sections of the City of Cockburn (Local Government Act) Local Law 2000 will be repealed. The purpose and effect of this local law is to:
Provide for regulation, control and management of waste services
Establish the requirements with which any owner or occupier of premises using City of Cockburn waste services, must comply
