The subject site is zoned Light and Service Industry under the City of Cockburn Town Planning Scheme No.3 (TPS 3). The land use, Pet Water Cremation, is classified as a ‘Use Not Listed’ under TPS 3. The subject site is located within an existing industrial strata complex comprising of office/warehouse and self-storage unit uses. 

The details of this application are:

• Four car parking bays are allocated to Unit 12;
• A maximum of three staff are proposed on site at any one time; 
• The hours of operation sought are;
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm; and
  • Saturday 8am to 12pm;
• Cremation of animals is via Alkaline Hydrolisis rather than flame cremation
