The City advertised this proposal for public comment between 20 October and 17 November 2023 and received 27 submissions.

Submissions were assessed alongside relevant guidelines and regulations. Factoring in the submissions, the City has prepared a recommendation in a detailed report for the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) to consider.

JDAP considered this application at their meeting on 14 December 2023 and approved the proposal subject to conditions. For further information, refer to the JDAP meeting minutes available in the Document Library
