The proponent has advised the City and the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) that they have not yet been able to compile all of the required information/documentation to address the City’s initial concerns. As a result, the proponent has requested a further extension of time to enable them to collate the required documentation.

The WAPC have now advised the City that they have deferred the application once again, with a new determination date of 28 February 2025. In the meantime, the City has provided the WAPC with a complete schedule of submissions that was collated during the community consultation phase and your feedback/concerns have been forwarded to the assessing officer.
