Project Update - February 2024

The Western Australian Planning Commission endorsed the City of Cockburn Local Planning Strategy subject to modifications at their Statutory Planning Committee (SPC) meeting held on 13 February 2024.

The minutes of the meeting can be viewed on the State Government website.

Once the City has made the required modifications to the strategy document it will be sent to the WAPC for final endorsement. When the City receives advice from the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (DPLH) that the document has been endorsed, all submitters will be notified, and a copy of the final Local Planning Strategy will be published on the City’s website.
