City amends final plan

Over the past two years, the City has consulted with residents of Healy Road to explore and respond to concerns related to vehicle speeds. Thanks to everyone who participated in this consultation.

After listening to community feedback, the City has opted to modify signage and line markings and not proceed with the speedbump draft design for Healy Road.

Council Decision

The City compiled a report, including results of the consultation and presented it to Council for final determination at its Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) in December 2023. At this meeting, Council determined not to proceed with the draft design and instead requested the City work with Main Roads WA to improve signage and line marking on Healy Road.
