Background

The City is seeking community feedback on a proposed Scheme Amendment 140 which seeks to delete Development Contribution Plan 7 (Aubin Grove) from the scheme map and text.

This was an administrative change as the land affected has now been subdivided (meaning no further contributions need to be paid) and the infrastructure this related to has now been constructed.

Submissions

You are invited to make a submission by 4 February 2019.

    At its meeting on 11 April 2019 (OCM Minutes 11/04/19) Council resolved to adopt the proposed Amendment.

    On 10 July 2019 the Hon. Minister for Planning approved the Amendment.
