The City of Cockburn is committed to creating a vibrant, healthy, safe, inclusive and connected community. We are renewing our strategy for community safety and crime prevention and need your help. How safe do you feel in your neighbourhood? What would make it safer?
The City has engaged Edith Cowan University (ECU) to assist in researching the perceptions of our community. The information you provide, combined with local data and research, will help to shape our new Community Safety and Crime Prevention Strategy.
Background
Security and public safety is a top priority for the Cockburn community and is guided by the current Community Safety and CCTV Strategy. This Strategy has reached its end of life, with each of the committed actions and initiatives now delivered. It is time to develop a new Community Safety and Crime Prevention Strategy for the future.
