The City of Cockburn is working on its Local Planning Strategy which sets out how land within the City will be used and developed in the future. With our growing population, there is increasing demand for employment and infrastructure like transport, housing, and space for recreation. Our Local Planning Strategy allows us to decide what land will be used for what purpose to accommodate our growing needs. We have prepared a draft strategy and we want to hear your feedback.
